Introduction
• To detect abnormal fire to reduce the risk of any damage to
the lives of workers and any economical loss of
environment.
02
Problem statement
• To stop severe injuries and any further damage from
fire we are going to detect fire with the surveillance
camera.
03
Objectives
• To detect fire before it does some serious
damage.
• To prevent life, property, economic and
reputative losses.
• To prevent spread, evaporative and explosive
hazards.
04
Object Detection In YOLO
• YOLO(You Only Look Once) is real time object
detection algorithm. This algorithm works with
the trained dataset/label
• led images.
• Yolo is a new approach to Object Detection.
• Yolo is the state of art of Object Detection
Algorithm, it is the fastest, accurate and gives
frame rate up to 45 fps.
05
Proposed Work
06
Implementation
Dataset gathering

The Dataset is collected from google images

using Download all Images chrome extension.
Image Annotation
• Image annotation is the
process of labeling images of
a dataset to train a machine
learning model.
• We use tool for Dataset
labelling is Labelimg.
Model Training
We use google colab to train our YOLOv4 model for
real time fire detection through surveillance camera.
Inference
Our model detect the fire using CCTV camera and
alert the supervisor by sending emails to avoid more
damage.
Fire Detection in Cloud
We used colab for running this task which uses
google’s cloud server. The system uses web camera
for detecting the fire.

Conclusion
• Using this system can help us detect and prevent
Fire Hazards occurring in cost efficient way.
• This system is also compatible for various other
environments and premises such as schools,
colleges, offices and hospitals.
