IMAGE OF THE PRODUCT IN THE MIND OF THE CUSTOMER.

 WE WILL DO VARIOUS ALIGNMENTS WITH FASHION MAGAZINES SUCH AS VOGUE WHICH


ARE WIDESPREAD AND WILL SPREAD THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT QUICKLY
TO THE CUSTOMERS. WITH SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, AND BY DOING VARIOUS
PROMOTION EVENTS IN VARIOUS CITIES WE CAN ALIGN WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND BY
BUILDING RELATIONS WITH THE JOURNALISTS WE CAN PROMOTE THE PRODUCT EASILY.
RISKS AND CHALLENGES

1) DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS:- OPTING FOR DISTRIBUTION THROUGH A THIRD PARTY DISTRIBUTOR WE


WILL HAVE LESS CONTROL OVER THE SELLING PROCESS AND HENCE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO
INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME OF THE SALES PROCESS.

  REVENUE SHARING:- THE PARTNERS OR THE PEOPLE WE TIE-UP WITH WILL HAVE TO BE SHARED
WITH A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF OUR REVENUE.

  DIVERSITY OF DIFFERENT MARKETS :- IT IS SAFE TO SAY THAT IN TODAYS TIME NO 2 MARKETS ARE
IDENTICAL IN NATURE SO WE NEED TO SOMEHOW KEEP UP WITH THE DIVERSITY OF THE MARKETS
TO PROMOTE AND SELL OUR PRODUCT.  
 CLIENT DISCOUNT:- IF SOME CLIENT RECEIVES THE PRODUCT ON A LOW PRICE DUE TO DISCOUNT OR
SOMETHING THEY MAY HAVE A HARD TIME BUYING THAT PRODUCT AGAIN FOR A HIGHER PRICE AND
MAY LOOK FOR ALTERNATIVES
