INTRODUCTION
In this project, we put the image processing

doctors' observations are key components in the cancer
identification procedure. In order for cancer patients and
their families to actively participate in the planning of
the treatment protocol to be employed, it is crucial that
they grasp the results that have been provided to them.
PLATFORM USED
• Lung cancer detection is aided by AI and machine learning. Before
the disease takes hold, artificial intelligence can find those at high risk
of acquiring cancer and detect any existing malignancies.

• This makes it possible for medical professionals to closely monitor

• Doctors can more precisely identify cancer with the aid of AI-
enhanced testing the datasets of lung cancer patients.

Which Individuals Are
More Likely
To Develop Cancer
• The greatest significant risk factor for cancer generally and for many specific cancer types is
advancing age. Incidence rates for cancer rise consistently with age, from less than 25 cases
per 100,000 in the under-20 age group to roughly 350 per 100,000 in the 45–49 age group to
more than 1,000 per 100,000 in the 60–plus age group.

• At any age, a cancer diagnosis is possible. For instance, around one-fourth of occurrences of
bone cancer occur in adults under the age of 20 and are most often diagnosed in children and
adolescents. Additionally, 12% of malignancies of the brain and other nerve systems are found
in children and adolescents, compared to 1% for all cancers.
CONCLUSION
Regardless of development level, lung cancer has a significant economic
impact on every nation on the planet. While the financial toll of cancer

the major world regions, and according to the Human Development Index.

Expanding the capacity to detect precancerous lesions that will grow into
life-threatening tumors would allow for early intervention to prevent
cancer from forming.
