To Asia Pacific University,

As students of Community Service and Event Organizing courses, we have come

to understand the importance of teamwork and social skills in establishing a
successful business. Throughout our discussions and debates, we have
encountered a few misunderstandings, but resolving them has been an
enjoyable and educational experience for us all.
We would like to request the University’s support for our food and beverage
selling event, which aims to donate to Charity and build our management
knowledge and future. We also believe that taking on the responsibility of this
event is an important step towards becoming responsible residents of the
community.
In addition to showcasing our creativity and talent in selling our mouth-
watering desserts and soft drinks, this event is also an opportunity for us to give
back to those in need. We are confident that this experience will help us develop
better socialising skills and greater integration into our university life.

Respectfully,
   Group 18
