Description of the Business

The business named “The food of Nature” has a mission of “ To offer reasonably priced
quality food, serve quickly in attractive and clean surrounding and has a vision of “To be the
most profitable business in Entrep Day through a strong franchise system and loyal costumers
serving the best food in our school”. The owners of the business also have goals and objectives
to achieve in short and long period of time.
The Food of Nature is a small business that specialized in making sweet foods containing
the main ingredient, Pili. Using Pili as the main ingredient, you will taste the true sweetness, a
taste that you will never forget. The main ingredient is Pili because it is easily found in locality.
The products of the business are Pili Empanada, Pastillas de Pili and Piloe juice. The
owner of the business are Allan Naje and Geraldine Obispo.
The workers of the business are Justine Nuarin, Anthony Mimay, Nikki Andrea Navarro,
Liza Mae Nicerio, Shiela Jane Nidea, Kevin Joshua Nape ang Jaypee Herrera.The workers also
lived in Camalig Albay and very cooperative in working for the business to be profitable and
progressive among all.
As the business operates, three are many competitors but the owners are competitive
enough to handle and go the competion.

>To create a product that will please the customers for them to be satisfied.

Products
The first product is called “Pili Empanada”. Empanada is a Filipino dish. Pili is the main
Ingredient of the recipe. There are 6 ingredients in this recipe. This product is for everyone.
Ingredients:
>To cups of Pili
>1 kl. Of Flour
>3 pcs. Of butter
>1/2 kl. Of sugar
>1 cup of water
> 1 can condensed milk
>2 tbsp. of baking powder
Procedure
1.prepare and measure all the need ingredients.
2.sift together the flour and sugar.
3.cut in the shortening with a pastry blender or fork until pieces are shed of small pieces.
4.sprinkle water, 1 tbsp. at a time over past of the mixture fork, push to one side of bowl.
5.sprinkle next tbsp. water over dry part mix lightly push to moistened part at one side. Repeat
until at one moisture.
6.gather up with fingers form into balls.
7.flatter slightly and add the filling.
8.seal edges
The second product is called “Pastillas de Pili” roasted Pili nut is the main ingredients. It
has 6 ingredients needed. This product is a type of native delicacies can be made by pili like
yema.
< 1 cup pilinut roasted
< 1 cup skim milk
< 1 tbsp. vanilla
< 1/3 cup water pinch of solt
Product:
1.Grind the roaster pilinut finely.
2. mix sugar and skim milk thoroughtly.
3.add water and mix well.
4.stir in pilinut and vanilla
5 continue mixing until homologenous.
6.cook on medium heat with constant stirring until such time that the mixture stick as one ball.
The third Product is called “Piloe juice’’. This product is easy to do. The main Ingredient
are Cucumber and Aloe Vera. Its incredibly refreshing, it also gives benefits to everyone.
Ingredients
>Pipino ¼ kilo
>Aloe Vera
> 2 liters of water
>1/4of sugar
Procedure
1.Prepare water
2.Add the pieces of Cucumber in a jag
3.Add the Aloe Vera in a jag
4. Add the sugar
5. Add the ice
6.and stir it well
Market
The main target will be the students, teachers and staff of CNHS.
The target markets capacity I around Php to Php

The demand analysis shows the ability and need of the consumer to buy good products
