PROPOSAL IS FREE
SHEET OF PAPERS AND
BALLPENS TO ALL SCAS
STUDENTS
 We MJGS Organization encourage scas students to be
responsible students and to have proper waste disposal and to
do things that can be done with waste that can still be used,
but we know that there are students who do not cooperate or
participate so for everyone to participate or cooperate in this
project we will make the recyclable materials that can be
provided by each section and grade level have a replacement
school supplies.
 This project we thought, was to help the school
organize the garbage and where it should be put and
what should be thrown away and kept. Each grade
level and each section that will provide recyclable
waste will receive a replacement and this is the shett
of papers and ballpens and it will be successful,
because we know that each student has his or her
own good behavior and has a responsibility in nature
to develop and beautify.
 There is a possibility that there are students who will
not contribute, so we must implement the rules to help
so that we do not have difficulty collecting
contributions from students willing to participate in
recycling. Because not everyone is willing to join, we
must be ready sometimes when we lack people
(collector of recycled materials, holder of money, and
leader of our project).
To make the project successful we will have
a weekly observation, we will do a room to
room observation just to make sure that
they will follow our instruction. Also every
room will have a leader or the Class
President will check their trash can every
hour.
 The budget for this project is how much we sold
the recycle of each strand/course and that will be
their budget, because our organization decides
that we will collect recycles and sell it,so the
money that we get is we will buy sheet of papers
and ballpens, which we will provide for free to
students.
After selling their recycle we will
buy the sheet of papers and
ballpens so we can provide it to
them immediately.
We are asking for permission to carry out the project with free
paper and ballpen. we MJGS Organization are going to encourage
scas students to be responsible students and to have proper waste

be used. but we know that there are students who do not cooperate
or participate. so for everyone to participate or cooperate in this
project we will make the recyclable materials that can be provided

Everyone is welcome to donate used plastic bottles. We will use
school materials especially for students who are in needs. So by
giving free sheet of papers and ballpens to all students will
encourage them to study hard. Many students benefited in this
project, because many students donated plastic bottles for us to
use to sell and buy for school supplies. Not that we helped only
the students but also the environment because instead of throw it
away anywhere that destroying our environment it helps us
because in this way we recycled plastic materials.
By doing this project we were helping the
Earth especially right now we’re facing the
climate change. Also by this project students
will learn or apply this to their house how to
separate the recycle to other trash, they can
also share this idea to their friends or to the
organization of their Barangay.
