Basic Concepts about whip speeches

Things to do during prep:

❏ Helping PM/LO for giving a clear and fine

speech.
( contributing in prep time )

❏ Thinking about burden and framing.

❏ Thinking about secondary ideas… or impact or

mechanisms.

❏ Thinking about clashes/ comparatives in debate.
