1. Internal-operational communication
Those communications which occur in conducting work within a
business.
Ex- Orders and instructions, reports etc.
2. External-operational communication
Those communications which are done with the people outside of the
business.
Ex- communication with customers, suppliers or share holders etc.

Those communication by which opinion or feelings are shared.
