Domain
Blockchain is an open, disseminated and decentralized ledger that evidences
transactions involving two parties capably in a confirmable and stable way.
In the above given definition, open means the blockchain is
accessible to one and all disseminated means that there is no single party control
and decentralized means there is no central third party available, capable means it
is fast and more scalable than the conventional technologies, confirmable means
that everyone can check the validity of the information and stable means that the
data is nearly immutable that is it is nearly impossible to change or tamper the data
or information. They verify and validate the identities and chronological events.
They guide every action, transactions that have taken place among individuals,
communities, organizations and nations as well. In this era of digitization, the way
maintained and regulated these type of data must be changed, it must be highly
secure and the blockchain is the solution to this. In the era of information.

Domain
Medical data privacy and data protection are crucial issues during
medical services. Data security or secure storage of medical data is
always a major concern. An effective and efficient healthcare system
requires a technology platform to communicate securely. Blockchain
has been emerging technology for a few years now. The key features of
blockchain which attract most developers are its immutability,
decentralization, transparency. So, the use of Blockchain in HealthCare
systems will make a drastic impact as it can be used to securely store
personal medical data. The design of a HealthCare system that securely
manages personal medical data and creates interaction between
Doctors, Patients, Insurance Companies, and Pharmacy shops.

Domain
Diabetes is a chronic disease with the potential to cause a worldwide health care
crisis. Diabetes is a one of the leading
cause of blindness, kidney failure, amputations, heart failure and
stroke. The goal here is to propose a faster and more
efficient method of identifying the disease that will help in well-
timed cure of the patients. We would be using various classifiers
in machine learning to predict diabetes such as Decision Tree,
Naïve Bayes algorithms. The designed system would be
able to use machine learning classification algorithms used to
predict or diagnose other diseases with minimal changes in the
algorithm or the API.
