UNIVERSITY OF THE CORDILLERAS

 INTRODUCTION
• There are many problems that arose in the Senior High School Department that is observable. Most common
are absences, tardiness, and violation of the allowed dress code. Back then, it's the Office of Student Affairs
and Services (OSAS) who address these issues. With the appointment of the new Academic Director, Mr.
Ronaldo L. Pontanosa, effective on September 02, 2017 is also the creation of the Prefect of Discipline Office
headed by Mr. Engel M. Sabado, who implemented the new admission policy, wherein the violators of the
rules included in the policy are required to get an admission slip from the Senior High School Prefect of
Discipline Office.
• The admission slip is a small piece of paper with a printed information indicating the actions taken. As for the
University of the Cordilleras Senior High School, admission slip is the requirement in the newly implemented
admission policy. Admission slips should be presented by the students to their teachers once they violate any
of the rules indicated in the admission policy.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
• This research intends to determine the level of students on the new
admission policy of University of the Cordilleras Senior High School. The
study intends to determine the level of awareness of the University of the
Cordilleras Senior High School students on the implementation of the new
admission policy.

RESULTS

The researchers found out that the Senior High School students are
moderately aware of the new admission slip policy of the University of the
Cordilleras Senior High School due to good information dissemination with
the help of the teachers as the highest medium of information, peers and
memos. This leads to good enforcement where students are informed and
aware of the disciplinary. 
CONCLUSION
The researchers conclude that Senior High School students valued and
respected the new admission policy because they found this helpful
and important. By all counts and with proven results, the
implementation of the new admission policy is highly effective and
efficient.
