Deep drawing
Deep drawing is a plate work process consisting of a combination process (tensile and compressive
forming). Deep drawing is a metal forming process in which the sheet metal is pushed by a punch into
the die cavity and formed into the desired shape

Conclusion
1. The deep drawing process with temperature variations there are defects in the resulting product, defects that occur, namely earing,
wrinkling, and scratch. Earing defects occur at temperatures of 27°C, 100°C, 150°C, 200°C, 250°C, 300°C and 350°C. Wrinkling
defects occur at temperatures of 200°C,250°C,300°C and scratch defects occur at temperatures of 100°C, 150°C, 200°C, 250°C,
300°C and 350°C.
2. The deep drawing process with temperature variations will affect the LDR value where the higher the temperature, the higher the
LDR value produced, the lowest LDR at 27 °C with a value of 1,657 and a high LDR value at temperatures of 200 °C,250 °C,300
°C and 350 °C.
3. The effect of temperature on %depletion in the deep drawing process experienced the lowest depletion at a temperature of 27 °C
by 0% at the bottom of the highest depletion at a temperature of 350 °C of 3.333% at the angle.
4. The effect of temperature on the hardness value where after the deep drawing process the lowest hardness value occurs at a
temperature of 350 °C at the base of 41.25 HV and the highest hardness value occurs at a temperature of 27 °C on the wall of
70.11 HV
5. The influence of temperature on the microstructure where the dissolution of the FeAl 3 phase occurs so that the higher the
