FERMENTED FRUIT JUICE (FFJ)

MATERIALS: INGREDIENTS:
 Fruits(any kind

GRADE-9
 Pail
 Knife of ripe) 5 kg
 Molasses 5 kg
 Chopping
board
 Marker
 Strainer
 Twine
 Manila paper
 Masking tape
FERMENTED FRUIT JUICE
PROCEDURE: (FFJ)
1. Prepare all the materials and the ingredients.
2. Chop the fruit into a small part.

3. Put into a pail, then add equal part of molasses.
4. Mix it well with the use of hand.
5. Cover with manila paper tie with tape.
6. Label the date of process.
7. Put in a dry cool area from any chemicals.
8. Seven days fermentation
9. After 7 days harvest.
10. All finish good, put in a cool dry area away from
direct sunlight and chemical.

For Animals:

 1tbsp/ 1kg of seeds

For Crops:
 1tbsp/ 1L of (NCW)

 Early in the morning until 7 am only.

 Late in the afternoon, 4pm if the sunlight is not so hot.

 Container of concentrates FFJ should open every morning.

 Make a little hole of the cup to avoid expulsion.
