Definition of terms:
Citizenship
Refers to the position or status of being a citizen of a particular country. It is granted
to an individual by the government of the country when he/she complies with the
legal formalities, so it is like a judicial concept.
Nationality
Refers to the legal relationship between an individual
and a state.
Global Citizenship:
• the idea that people have a sense of belonging to a global community,
and are aware of their role in shaping the world around them. It is the
understanding that every individual has a responsibility to make a
positive impact on the world, not just on their own immediate
community. Global citizenship encompasses a set of values, attitudes,
and behaviors that support a peaceful, sustainable, and just world. It
emphasizes the interconnectedness of people and nations, and the
recognition that we all depend on each other and the planet we share.

Rights, first drafted in 1948 after World War II. The
core value of the Universal Declaration is grounded
in individual liberty, equality, and equity that must
remained constant. And it is the task of the
government to empower people to demand what
should be guaranteed (their human rights).
