The CONSTRAGLOBE company, was founded in 2007, established in Algeria and Egypt, it specializes in the sector of construction

studies, dynamic, born of a real passion for design and construction. Our know-how and our skills are based on a multidisciplinary design

Indeed, based on our experience, we have counted several collaborations with major national companies such as Sonatrach in the project

to build the new Gazoduc headquarters in Hassi R'mel and life base camp at TFT -Illizi, and international collaborations such as the

collaboration with PETROJET and the Korean company GC for the construction project of the Ain Tsila(Illizi) life base camp.

Since 2009, Constra globe is the official representative of HILL INTERNATIONAL in Algeria,

Mr Amr AbdelFattah the founder and CEO for Constraglobe

Born in 1975 and acquired his BSc in civil and construction engineering in 2000
then a diploma of arbitration in construction contracts 2013 followed by a master
degree in international business law in 2017.

Profesionaly Mr. Amr had started his career in the construction field as a site
engineer worked in important projects in Egypt and Algeria then he moved to be the
construction director in one of the leading telecom companies in the region.

In 2007 Constraglobe was founded as an Engineering and project management

company and since then it had expanded to have offices in 3 countries which are
Egypt- Algeria and now France .

In the mean time with the strong state level contacts constraglobe is aiming to
expand in Africa through structuring a strong relationship with international
financement institutions that can provide Epc and EPC+Finance options to the
African governments to realise the strategic projects.

After being graduated from Paris IX Dauphine in 1979, Bertrand ELIARD begins his professional career in the banking sector with Banque
Indosuez where he will successively be appointed as head of Export Credit Department for South East Asia Indonesia (1989 -1993), then
Director for South-West French Network (1994 – 2000). Then he joins KBL as Head of the development for France (2000 – 2008).In 2009,
Bertrand set up its own advisory structure with major development being its association with Constar Globe with a view to contribute to
international development of European and Asian corporate in their African and Middle East prospection.

With over 45 years of international business experience, Mr. Bruno hasbenefited from his career as a bank
manager in Nigeria, then CEO of a international finance in Geneva to develop a network of autoshops sold to
the Rapide Group. Mr Bruno also acquired more than 15 years of experience as international consultant on the
Algerian market.

study; site supervision; and project management Mr Sami Oukrif

the largest architectural agencies in Algeria.
After 10 years of experience, he was appointed project manager then
technical director and BIM manager thereafter.

Law graduate, acquired professional experience within Hill International,

joined the Constra Globe team in February 2020 as Human Resources
Manager.
