Lesson Objectives
We are learning to identify the parts of the flower
and their functions.
All: will identify the parts of the flower.
Most: will identify the parts of the flower and explain
their functions.
Some: will identify the parts of the flower, explain
their functions and frame their own questions.
First Technology: Starter activity using a video
One Seed - Song and Lyrics by Rosemary Phillips - Bing video
PowerPoint shows the different parts of the flower . Students visualize the
parts of the flower, develop interest to dissect the real flower and name the
different parts of the flower and their functions. They also connect the
features of different parts to their functions e.g. colorful petals attract the
pollinators.

This online educational game asks the students to name different parts
of the flower and notifies the mistakes. It reads the vocabulary words
for the students, hence helps them to pronounce the keywords
correctly.
Educational games are one of the effective ways to assess the
learning of students without making students feel that they are
taking a test.
Online games or quizzes keep track of the questions
students get wrong and notify the students about their
mistakes.
Lesson 3: Photosynthesis
Lesson Objectives:
1-Investigate the process of food making in
plants( photosynthesis)
2-Identify the things which is required for
photosynthesis.
3-Summaries the topic of photosynthesis.
First Technology: PowerPoint presentation
In the PowerPoint, students can
