Reflection (LAC)

The LAC Session conducted was indeed

a very helpful refresher to us teachers,
who already are in the service for a
couple of years. I am very grateful we
had this since it gave us knowledge on
what to prepare and support our
portfolio for RPMS, especially that we
are now back to the normal way of
learning, the Face-to-Face Modality.
First, it made me realize how important
the RPMS tool for upgrading our
knowledge and skills as a teacher.
Being a teacher in this constant
changing of modality is not easy
especially in reaching out our students.
Second, we need this for our
professional growth. This will serve as a
tool for promotion; we will not be
promoted unless we reach the
qualification standard for a higher
position.
Lastly, we must apply what we have
learned in this LAC sessions for us to
