Research Objectives
• To determine the awareness of girls education and health among the housewives
of rural areas.
• To inspect the possible steps taken by housewives in rural areas for girl’s
education and health.
Research Gaps
• Rural women are not aware of the schemes that are available for girl child
education and health.
• Looking at the shifting reality of gender bias in family education spending.
• Some women are aware of girl’s problem and consequences but feel shy to
express the same.
• Survival and Protection of girl child and safe motherhood
• Special protection for vulnerable girl children in difficult circumstances.
The Way Ahead……
• Sampling Technique
The data for the study will be collected from the housewives. The population for this study will
be the people of Rural Areas. For the proposed study a purposive sampling method will be used,
while designing the sample variations across the demographic and psychographic parameters will
be considered.
• Data Collection
The data for the proposed study will be collected through personal interview method. Then to
gather further information a structured questionnaires will be used A 5-point Likert scale ranging
from 5=“Strongly Agree” to 1= “Strongly Disagree” will be used to measure the attitudes and
perceptions of costumers.
• Statistical Tools
Regression analysis will be used for identifying the variables which have impacted on the same.
In order to analyze, the data descriptive statistics will be employed by using SPSS package, and
the comparisons will be done through, MS Excel.
