BEST PRACTICES
 Provision of vehicles from Barangay LGU for their " Sundo
System" for late comers.
 Top management (SDS & ASDS,EPS& PSDS) are always on top of
the planning, monitoring & guidance. Commendable!
 Familiarization of the ASs and Handbook for Proctors
 Some private school head benchmark to public school relative to
the conduct of the NATG12
 Public Schools with good partnership with private schools
 Involvement of the Barangay Officials and other stakeholders in
catering the needs of the participating schools

BEST PRACTICES
 Provision of brochures and tarpaulin in every school(with test
tips for students and quick tips from RD)as part of their
information drive campaign
 Early mapping for the number of takers
 Provide personalize shirts and incentive for student who got highest
scores in the practice test
 Prepare test takers mentally, emotionally and physically

 Provision of health and safety protocol kit


 Prepared Action Plan
 Maintained the testing standards & health protocols, clean & orderly
environment

WAYS FORWARD
 Private Schools - School head must be on top of the conduct of
the test.
 DTC should be aware of the issues and concerns
 Guidance counselor and SHS Coor. should be included in the Div.
orientation
 Provision of complete Testing materials based on current enrollment
 Memo should be given way ahead
 TBs & ASs must be complete
 Proper orientation must be conducted to the room examiners and
other concerns

WAYS FORWARD

 Room Examiners must check the learner’s compliance with the


given directions constantly during the test.
 NAT like review to be conducted
 BEA must coordinate to school heads for proper allocation of testing
materials
 Encourage learners living in a far flang area to stay overnight in the
school before the exam
