Introduction

This report provides an analysis of the site (First City University


College) , we will be doing analysis in one of the classroom in
FCUC.As the picture shown in the last page.The reports cover the
following main topics:

1. Site Description
2. Damaged parts
3. Facility for the classroom

1. Site Description

The Site (Figure 1) is located in First City University College. The


site is about 8.55m(Length)X 8.65m(Width) an approximately size
of 73.95 ㎡ . The site now is a classroom(Figure 2) for students to
study or tutorials.

2. Damaged Parts

Issue:sprinkle has some water leaking inside

Consequences:It might be dangerous to a


classroom which will be contain alot of
students. It might not function properly
when we need it. Also water leaking might
cause a significant change in water pressure.
Water can cause electrical components to
short-circuit or even ignite, causing a fire in
classroom.

Solution:The easiest way to prevent future


leaks in your fire sprinkler system is to hire a fire
protection company that you trust. Your fire
protection company will work with you to ensure
your sprinkler system is regularly maintained.
Issue: Ceiling crack

Consequences: There are two possibilities


for the ceiling crack first will be the air
conditioner are usually in cold
temperature and it creates a cold and wet
environment it might can result in black
mold, mildew, and electrical damage.
Small crack are often more of a cosmetic
issue than a structure issue

Solution: small crack can repair them by


removing the old paint or plaster and then
repainting or re-plastering. if the crack its
cause by air conditioner it might need
professional opinion.
3.Facility For the classroom
For the facility parts we saw there are about 6
sockets in this classroom For students and teacher
to use i will say 6 sockets are pretty enough for
students and teacher if need extra students can
bring extension for more slot.

Other than that there will be 2 supported display


ports which are VGA port and HDMI port for
teacher to use projector in the classroom to show
students what teachers want or let students to
present their work in laptop. The classroom will
have a pullable white projector screen for students
and teacher which will make the presentation
more clear and easy too see.

Last but not least light switch and a card access


reader for students or teachers to turn on air
conditioner and lights by using their students card
or staff cards, i personally like this system not only
it makes the classroom feel like high class and also
it make the classroom high quality by doing this.

Last the air conditioner control panel this will let


students and teachers to set the air conditioner to
what temperature they like or how many fans is
blowing from the air conditioner, to make the
classroom cold enough or warm. This will make
students and teachers felt comfortable in
classroom. A comfortable enviroment are
important for students to study.
