SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

The following statements are the summary of findings of the study.

1. The computed lies under the rejection region hence, reject the null hypothesis

and accept the alternative hypothesis. Therefore, there is a significant difference

between the Promotion and Salary of employees of K-Marie Island Mart in

Roxas, Oriental Mindoro in the month of August to December year 2021 and

2022.
CONCLUSION
Based on the findings above, the following conclusions were drawn:

1. Promotion has a significant difference between the Salary of

selected employees of K-Marie Island Mart in Roxas, Oriental

Mindoro in the month of August to December year 2021 and

2022.
