5 buses /day for Electric bus.
• Achieved highest Bus structure monthly production of 118
No's in BLB PLANT in Mar-22 & highest buses production of -
112 No's in KOSI PLANT in Jan-22.
• Achieved highest dispatch of 501 buses- First time in history of
JBM Bus.
• Topaz Plant progress – Nearing Completion
Quality :
• Improvement in Build Quality - Reduction in Bus process WDPV
score from 300 points to 90 points at the Quality Gates in Kosi
• Improvement in Design Quality – Reduction in Design errors and
ECNs due Design issues.
• Improvement in Quality of Supplies – Reduction of %age lot
reduction at the incoming below 2% and LR PPM below 1000.
Improvement of supplier rating score above 80% for 85% of
Suppliers
AI, I4.0 and Digitalization/SAP :
• Implementation of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and its
integration to SAP. Currently all EBOM and MBOM is created in
PLM and pushed in SAP without any manual intervention.
• AI Projects Blueprint developed for implementation in Project
Topaz

- Implementation of X-Y Rail system @sub-assly lines to avoid
fork lift movement in the shop floor
