o Examples are
amphibians, frogs,
toads, and fishes.
 Internal Fertilization
 The egg is fertilized within the female
reproductive tract in a process called
copulation (Mating).
o Mammals, including
humans, exhibit
internal fertilization
and internal
development.
o Some species of
frogs exhibit external
fertilization and
external
development
