STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The study aims to determine the inventory of projects and programs implemented by the
Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in Barangay Salinas 1, Bacoor City. Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) has
implication and verification to the youth development whether it was really implemented.
1. What are the project and programs implemented in terms of membership?
2. What are the level of effectiveness on the powers and functions of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in
Molino II, Bacoor City;
3. What are the significant difference between the levels of effectiveness perceived by Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK) and youth residents of Molino II Bacoor City?
4. What are the problems encountered by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in performing their
powers and functions perceived by both Sangguniang Kabataan members and Youth residents?
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
This study will be conducted to determine the Inventory Of Projects And Programs
Implemented By The Sangguniang Kabataan In Barangay Specifically the objectives are:
1. To know the projects and programs implemented in terms of membership.
2. To determine the effectiveness on the powers and functions of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in
Molino II, Bacoor City;
3. To determine the the significant difference between the levels of effectiveness perceived by
Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and youth residents of Molino II Bacoor City.
4. To know the problems encountered by the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in performing their
powers and functions perceived by both Sangguniang Kabataan members and Youth residents
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The study conducted to determine the Inventory of projects and programs implemented by the
Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in Barangay Salinas 1, Bacoor City in creating programs that are
beneficial for the improvement of the youth Development Plan. It is essential to the following:
• Sangguniang Kabataan (SK). This will help the youth council on how they will improve
their Youth Development Plan that is appropriate and cost-efficient which has potential
benefits for both the institution and the members of the youths in the community.
• Youth Organization. This will strengthen their partnership with the Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK) by creating different programs for the youth
• Future Researchers. This study will be used as the basis for supporting data for future
research with regard to the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).
• Community. It will encourage the community to recognize the vital role of youth in nation-
building by supporting Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in implementing their programs.
TIME AND PLACE OF THE
STUDY
• The study will conduct in Cavite State University Bacoor
Campus from the second semester of the academic year
2023-2024.
