Facebook is a website which allows users, who
sign-up for free profiles, to connect with friends,
work colleagues or people they don't know,
online. It allows users to share pictures, music,
videos, and articles, as well as their own
thoughts and opinions with however many
people they like. Facebook was founded in 2004
by Mark Zuckerberg, Eduardo Saverin, Dustin
Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes, all of whom were
students at Harvard University.
Background
Facebook was founded in 2004 by Mark
Zuckerberg, Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz,
and Chris Hughes, all of whom were students at
Harvard University. Facebook became the largest
social network in the world, with nearly three
billion users as of 2021, and about half that
number were using Facebook every day.
Today's lesson:
Just like other apps, Facebook work on different
mobile devices like phone, tablets, laptops and also
works on operating systems like iOS, Android.
Facebook has a simple design and user-friendly
navigation that makes it a site for people of all
ages. The instant notifications make it easy for you
to quickly view what has been changed on your
profile. This way, you hypothetically see the
changes and not spend too much time on the
computer.
Today's lesson:

Facebook's fonts, colors and visuals are appealing to

users that attracts them to use the application on daily
basis. When it comes to user interactions, Facebook
responds quickly as if its a supported and updated web
browser. In terms of data privacy, we discovered that
Facebook was the least dependable social media
platform. Nearly a third (32%) of Facebook users in the
US expressed some skepticism about the platform's
ability to protect their personal information. Only 10% of
LinkedIn users agreed with the statement regarding the
business network.
Today's lesson:
Facebook also support multiple languages and
cultures. In its settings we can choose our prescribed
language for our own convenience. We cant deny
that Facebook also gives us inconvenience, but
Facebook can state it clearly. Why does Facebook
display an error message like "Something went
wrong; try refreshing this page"? The number of
attempts to log into your account might have been
excessive. Try refreshing the page you're on, closing
any open tabs, and restarting your browser. If you try
these solutions, you should be able to access your
account.
Today's lesson:

Facebook's features and

functionalities are essential for users.
It also meet the expectations of the
target users by simply updating and
enhancing those features for the
users convenience.

Facebook has significantly impacted the way
people connect and communicate in the digital
age, enabling globalization and fostering global
interaction. The platform's ease of use and
accessibility have made it possible to stay in
touch with friends and family members,
enabling people to broaden their horizons and
interact with diverse cultures. However,
Facebook faces challenges such as privacy
concerns and the spread of misinformation.
Summarization:
The platform's algorithmic structure and user-
generated content make it difficult to regulate
false information, leading to conspiracy
theories, fake news, and hate speech. To
maintain its positive role in society, Facebook
must take a proactive approach to address these
issues and maintain its position as a vital tool in
