User’s responsibility:

ventures Corp. property.

 ITD Guidelines
• Responsible, basic safety and equipment care.
• File back-ups shall be mandatory (Drive D, Google Drive & Synolgy). Personal External
drive and USB subject for anti-virus scan and secure permission.
• Damaged equipment are subject for inspection/maintenance by the ITD. Defective due
to negligence & improper use. User must file “Incident Report Form” to HRD & ITD for
investigation.
