Red Cross Youth refers to any young person, aged 7 to
30 years old, who has completed the induction courses
prescribed under the Youth Volunteer Formation
Course, has been enrolled in the Membership and
Accidental Assistance Banefit Program; and has
planned as a youth member volunteer or the Philippine
Red Cross. It collectively represents the sixth major
services of the Philippine Red Cross and is dedicated
towrds the development of the youth as agends of
change and humanitarian leaders through direct
involvlement in the various humanitarian actions
