Organizational Responsibilities

• Line managers are responsible for Q & HSE.


• All employees are individually responsible and accountable for all Q
& HSE issues relating to themselves or others with whom they
associate.
• Line managers shall ensure that all employees have job descriptions
which match actual responsibilities and that these descriptions are
clearly communicated.
• Loss Prevention Team (LPT) and Quality Steering Committee (QSC)

of risk for all hazards existing at a site, and reduces productivity
– Substance abuse can be divided into:
• Alcohol – The first cause of substance abuse
• Illegal drugs
