    Background : RO had plan take data SIR on site 100208LUS238, on
    last Wednesday 11-Nov 2020

    Root Cause

    1. Sites Down due to Partner do the rectification Power DCDU


    without CR and TT.
    2. Partner not share to FCC plan for troubleshoot and not inform to
    technical team also
    3. Partner not clock out in MS group
    1. Build Network security PIC for each subcont
    Punishment
    2. All activity in live network need to inform Huawei
    3. Strictly follow in Daily Plan cant do the activity out of our Plan and SS need to share activity
    Apply Punishment both partner and internal
    correctly in Jabo H3I Huawei-FSC
    4. Filter all new Team Member subcont and ensure get pass id L0 and Network security training
    5. Ensure cover 100% attendance from subcont to join network security training
