modules, laboratory manuals,
instructional materials,
instructional guides, and
reference materials in paper or
electronic media as a curriculum
writer or reviewer.
PLANNER
O Plans the curriculum.
O The role of the teacher is to
make a yearly, monthly or
daily plan of the curriculum.
O The teacher takes into
consideration several factors
in planning a curriculum.
INITIATOR
OInitiates the Curriculum.
OImplementation of a new
curriculum requires the
open mindedness of the
teacher, and the full
belief that the curriculum
will enhance learning.
INNOVATOR
O Innovates the Curriculum.
O A curriculum is always dynamic,
hence it keeps on changing. A
good teacher, therefore, innovates
the curriculum and thus becomes a
curriculum innovator.
IMPLEMENTOR
O Implements the Curriculum.
O It is the role of the teacher to become
the curriculum implementor.
O An implementor gives life to the
curriculum plan.
O The success of a recommended, well
written and planned curriculum
depends on the implementation.
EVALUATOR
O Evaluates the Curriculum.
O Teacher ask questions that will
determine the achievement of the
desired learning outcomes.
