What is ERP
 Enterprise resource planning software, or
ERP, attempts to integrate all departments
and functions across a company on to a
single computer system that can serve all
those different departments’ particular needs.
 ERP vanishes the old standalone computer

 Remittances will be at unit level.
 Generation of Statutory reports viz. Form,5,10,12
etc.,
Developments
 All the Employees Service Registers and
Pensioners Pension Payment Orders have
been scanned and stored in Document
Management System. As a result the digital
version of the SR/PPO can be retrieved
through SAP HCM.
 All the Employees GPF slips are being issued
through SAP HCM.
 Employees/Pensioners Pay details is being
sent as SMS to their mobile phones.
 ‘Epayslip’ is being mailed directly to the
employees Mail IDs through SAP HCM.
 Birthday wishes is being mailed directly to the
employees Mail IDs through SAP HCM.
 SOLUTION MANAGER is being used to
resolve End-user related issues.
