• Additional FRTs are deployed at Rajkot and Junagadh district
PREVENTIVE ACTION
 Additional ISP spares deployed at district locations namely
Dwarka,Junagadh,Gir Somnath,Rajkot,Morbi,Jamnagar,Junagadh.
 Water seepage issue at OLT and ONT locations to be addressed,
Electronics will be protected with applicable covering.
 FRT and engineer asked to follow safety norms while dealing with
outages.
 Additional FRT placed at Rajkot and Junagadh district to support available
teams for faster restorations of faults.
 6F and 12F fibres deployed at Junagadh and Rajkot district to minimize
MTTR for OLT to OLT and DWDM paths for restoration on Aerial.
 Infra Alarm at Critical locations will be shared hourly with district SPOCS.
 Additional UPS kept with FRT vehicles.
 FRT asked for proper re-routing of Aerial fibre.
 FRT Vehicles health check done along with T&M equipment.
