Develop individual attitude to achieve organizational BBS/safety goals .

 Completion of safety studies i.e. HAZOP, HAC & QRA

 To strengthen PTW system by elimination of gaps, capability building of involved agencies in


order to make it more effective with existing work permit system.

 Implementation of MOC with concrete plan.

 Execution of PSSR when required.

 HIRA review will be completed till 31st October,2022

 Enhance Statutory Knowledge to comply with legal and environmental expectations of


organization by different means and platforms.

GROW & PROCEED

Grow and Proceed together by following Life saving Rules (LSR).

 LSR campaign will be run.

 Develop departmental safety matrix which includes circulation of attendance of


employees participation in Campaign Training, Drill and TBT.
6 MONTHS

 Seasonal safety campaign will be run.


(e.g.. Heat Stress, Monsoon Safety)
 Previous year FIR, RCA and CAPA will be discussed during TBT as a lesson learnt

 Startup JQP for each and every EHS personnel.

REVIEW AND SUSTAIN


Last six month Gaps will be reviewed if any. Sustainability plan will be developed.

 Previous six months results will be audited to break the law of diminishing return.

 Startup Monthly walk through schedule and will be done with all HODs on monthly basis and
with plant head quarterly basis will start from 2nd Jan ,2023

 After review efforts, performance and compliance of EHS employees , Administrative controls
will be replaced by Engineering controls.

 BBS Champions and Middle management team will be trained more efficiently to trace out the
behavior of bottom layer employees through BOC and corrective actions will be taken.

 Internal or External training will be arranged for EHS department employees.


(e.g.. ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 etc.
