FISH AND QUINOA AS CARBOHYDRATES,
PATIENT : I'M SORRY DOCTOR, I THINK THAT PIZZA IS MORE
DELICIOUS THAN RAW VEGETABLES, BECAUSE I FEEL BAD
EATING RAW VEGETABLES, AND FOR ME SPINACH IS MUCH
USED TO IT, ALSO IF YOU CONTINUE EATING JUNK
FOOD YOUR DISEASE WILL GET WORSE.IN THE FIRST
WEEK YOU SHOULD STOP EATING RICE, BECAUSE RICE
IS MUCH WORSE IN CALORIES THAN JUNK FOOD.IN THE
SECOND WEEK I RECOMMEND THAT YOU EAT ONLY
COOKED VEGETABLES THAT I POINT OUT IN THIS DIET
SHEET. YOU FEEL THE MOST CONFORTABLE
