Texture in drawing may appear soft,


rough, smooth, thick and thin through
the use of repeated lines on a drawing
surface.

the picture or at the painting. They cannot be
touched or felt.

It is a line drawing
technique that is not
consistent. It also shows
lightness and shadow on
the part of an object being
drawn.
