• IT was formed on October 2, 2015, by Google founders Larry Page and Sergey
Brin.

• It is considered as one of the big five American information technology

companies, alongside Amazon, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft

• It is the parent company of Google which is the world largest search engine
and online advertising company.

• It also owns a number of other subsidiaries, including YouTube, Android, and

Waymo.

and the company is developing XR product that could be for Gaming, Education, Training.

billion in profit. It is one of the most valuable
