What is Indian Ethos?
Indian Ethos in Management refers to the values
and practices that the culture of India can
contribute to service, leadership and management.
Indian Literature

India has also been blessed with many intellectuals


and legendary writers and poets who are renowned
worldwide for their contributions to humanity.
Prominent among them is Rabindranath Tagore,
the first Asian and Indian to win the Nobel Prize.
Indian Music

Music plays a significant role in the culture of any country,


and India, too, is not an exception. Carnatic music,
Hindustani music are the most popular in India. These are
usually accompanied by the tune of the traditional musical
instruments such as the tabla and the veena.

Festivals and celebrations are a common occurrence in India as


they occur almost every other day; however, the grandeur and
pomp of these festivals are quite impressive. The country is also
home to many heritage sites and monuments, including the Taj

complete whole made up of a blending of
various religions, communities, regional
cultures and language variations. Kerala
culture can be compared to a chain made of
different coloured beads and the thread
through which the beads are strung is the
Malayalam language.

The culture of Tamil Nadu is a blend of
ancient traditions, art, music, and literature.
The people of Tamil Nadu take pride in their
Dravidian culture, which has its own distinct
language, Tamil, and a unique style of
architecture, art, and dance.

The myriad cultures of Sikkim can be


reflected in their places of worship,
cultural dances, and festivals. As per
the Sikkimese culture, Nature is
considered as God.

Punjab has one of the oldest and richest
cultures of the world. Its diversity and
uniqueness is evident in the Punjabi
poetry, philosophy, spirituality, education,
artistry, music, cuisine, science,
technology, military warfare,
architecture, traditions.
Culture of Uttar Pradesh
The folk tradition includes a variety of classical
music, dance and drama. Uttar Pradesh is
known for its rich culture and tradition. It is
home to Ayodhya and Mathura birthplace of
Lord Rama, Lord Krishna and Bhagwan
Parshuram respectively.
Personality Development
Personality development refers to the process of
developing, enhancing, and changing one's personality
over time. Such development occurs naturally over the
course of life, but it can also be modified through
intentional efforts.
