The document discusses several proposals for automated systems at a university:
1. An online scheduling system to prevent conflicts between professors and students by allowing schedules to be uploaded and viewed in advance.
2. An automated gym membership system using RFID that allows 24/7 access to allow people with non-traditional work schedules to workout.
3. An automated grade recording system with backups to prevent the loss of student records in case of a disaster.
4. An automated entrance exam system to speed up the exam process and reduce human effort for both proctors and students.

• Problem: the conflicts between the professor and students.
• Abstract: Traditional scheduling system is the current system in this university especially in our college, the CET because of that there is no permanent schedule of every section and courses, and because of that, conflicts between professor and students is always there. Therefore, we are proposing the online scheduling for our school. This system may serve many people, a win win situation both students and professor. First the dean or the schedule master of the department think about the availability of the room and professor then he/she can upload it to the system so that the students see their schedule a head of time with ease. The irregular students can see all their subjects and their back subject schedule, so they can choose a time to prevent the conflicts to other subjects. Gymnasium automated membership and door lock using RF ID system. • Problem: Help many customers to become fitness whenever they want, and to help obese people to become fit. • Abstract: The obesity is increase every day in our country and the main reason of these people is lack of time for workout cause of tiredness from work, because of that gymnasium is the answer to get fit but many gymnasium has a limited time operation, so the schedule of work these people is complicated to the gymnasium operation hours. Therefore, we are proposing this system to make this gymnasium to operate 24/7 using RF id as a membership ID and a key to all function that he/she want. If one of the customer schedule is 8am to 5pm, so she/he have a night shift to go to the gym and make it fit. Therefore, this kind of system helps overweight people to make it fit in no time. Registrar grade record keeping system • Problem: Possible loss of records, • Abstract: Registrar office is one of the most important office in the university, they keep all the records of all the students and alumni since day 1. So it’s a horrible situation if one of the records is loss because of some reasons, for example there flash flood happened in the university, and all the records are wiped out, and there is back up records because the system using of the registrar is manual, so that all the record is vulnerable to all disaster like flash flood, and fire. So we the proponents propose an automated grade record system, we are prioritizing all records of the university so that if ever a disaster happen we can retrieve all the records of all the students and alumni`s Universidad de Manila Automated entrance exam • Problem: Slow of process of entrance exam and a lot of human effort has been consume before, during and after exams. • Abstract: Since 1995 when the Mayor of city of Manila builds the Universidad de Manila. Since then the entrance examination for upcoming students is doing manually, and many years later the system for entrance examination is never change, and the year comes by the system is becoming slow because so many students want to take the exams and get in to the University. Therefore, we are thinking to create a system to make our entrance faster than before. This system serves both proctor and students and to make our entrance exam automated and less human effort.
