How to use the radar chart worksheet:

For each of the disruptions/trends please use a green dot to label the disruption as an opportunity or a red dot if you consider it a threat (or danger) for a player
(think: motor insurance company) in the industry.
Then use a black dot for each disruption to “map” whether you consider the disruption very relevant (place the dot in the center of the compass) or less relevant
(place the dot on the outside of the compass).

Please map/label this for yourself first (take about 10-15 min to do that) then share with your team and create a team radar sheet in which you document your
findings as a team. Remember: each team will be asked to present their radar chart.

Timebox: 15 min to get to know each other and find a team name - 30 min to read the case study part 1 – 10 min to prepare your own radar chart – 30 min to
share with your team and curate your radar charts into 1 for your team – 5 min to decide who will introduce your team (name, logo, slogan) and present your radar
chart to the larger group (highlighting some eventual discussions you had when combining your individual charts into a teem chart): total 1h30 min (return back
at 12:15 CET to main room)
