New Year’s resolutions

• New Year’s resolutions are personal plans for the coming year. Goals
we’d like to accomplish, activities we want to start doing or learn, etc.

Exercise & Health
 do more exercise
 join a gym
 take up a sport (start a new sport)
 eat less chocolate, sweets, etc.
 stop drinking fizzy drinks (coca-cola, fanta, sprite, etc.)
 give up junk food
Hobbies
 start a new hobby
 join a club
 learn a new skill (how to cook, paint, play an instrument)
 Take singing lessons
 Start meditation
 Play less videogames
Friends
 make new friends
 write to friends more
 be kinder to friends
 spend more or less time with friends
 to make peace with a lost friend.
Studies
 study more
 do more homework
 listen more in class
 get books from the library
 read more books for fun
 get better marks at exams
 be more organised with study
Money
 save more money.
 spend less money on unimportant things.
 be careful with pocket money.
Family
 Clean more often my bedroom.
 Do chores (sweep the floor, clean the bathroom, do the laundry, iron,
tidy up common spaces, help cooking, etc)
 Don’t fight with my siblings.
 Help my siblings with school stuff.
