THE AMAZON REGION. UNFORTUNATELY, AS IN OTHER
LATIN AMERICAN COUNTRIES, PERU ALSO EATS A LOT
OF RICE, WHICH ACCOMPANIES ALMOST EVERY DISH.

A CULINARY TRIP AROUND UZBEKISTAN IS
AN EXPERIENCE ALMOST AS ATTRACTIVE
AS THE HISTORIC CITIES OF THE SILK
ROAD, OR A VISIT TO THE DRY SHORES OF
THE ARAL LAKE. IT MUST BE ADMITTED,
HOWEVER, THAT UZBEK CUISINE IS QUITE
HEAVY AND GREASY, LARGELY BASED ON
GRILLED MEATS (MUTTON, OF COURSE,
REIGNS SUPREME). IT IS DOMINATED BY
ARAB, TURKISH AND EVEN TATAR
INFLUENCES.

SINGAPORE IS IN MY OPINION THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD
FOR LOVERS OF ASIAN CUISINE - DUE TO THE LARGE CULTURAL
MIX, WE CAN FIND HERE IN LARGE NUMBERS CHINESE, INDIAN,
THAI RESTAURANTS, AS WELL AS SERVING DISHES FROM ALL
POSSIBLE OTHER ASIAN COUNTRIES.

ITS INHABITANTS LOVE TO EAT, USUALLY EATING OUT - THERE


ARE PLENTY OF SO-CALLED "FOODCOURTS" (CANTEENS,
CANTEENS), WHERE THE CHOICE OF DISHES IS SUCH THAT EATING
EVERY DAY FROM A DIFFERENT STAND, WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE

INTERESTING GASTRONOMIC HABITS. THEREFORE, MY
CULINARY EXPECTATIONS ARE FULLY SATISFIED BY JAPAN.
JAPANESE CUISINE IS FAMOUS FOR SIMPLE BUT HIGH-QUALITY
DISHES AND EXCEPTIONALLY ATTRACTIVE WAYS OF SERVING
THEM. I LIKE SUSHI AND OKONOMIYAKI THE MOST OF THE
GREATNESS OF THE LOCAL CUISINE. WHEN IT COMES TO SUSHI, I
PREFER THE CLASSIC FISH NIGIRI. IN THIS TYPE OF SUSHI, THE
RICE IS SHAPED IN THE FINGERS AND TAKES AN OBLONG, OVAL
SHAPE. LATER, JAPANESE WASABI HORSERADISH IS ADDED, ON
WHICH ONE PIECE OF RAW OR SMOKED FISH IS PLACED. I AM A

AFRICAN CUISINE IS NOT WELL KNOWN TO POLES. EUROPE'S

SAFARIS, WILD GAME AND FAMOUS HOLIDAY RESORTS IN THE
NORTH OF THE COUNTRY THAN WITH ITS CULINARY TRADITIONS.
