meat, cheese, or other filling between them, eaten as a light meal.
• Pinwheel sandwiches are a type of sandwiches that are curled up into
a roll, usual size of this type of sandwich is pretty small.

 Sliced ham or other meat of your choice
 Cheese
 Big tortillas of your option
 8 OZ Cream Cheese (softened)
 ¼ cup mayonnaise
 ½ dill weed
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp onion powder

• STEPS:
1. Make thin bread slices.
2. Cut crusts off of bread slices.
3. Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
4. Moisten the bread with butter.

5. Layer your bread with your choice of spread.
6. Roll up the bread like a burrito.
7. Roll into a plastic wrap.
8. Cool for half an hour.
How to maintain cleanliness when performing steps

• PREPARATION ON CLEANLINESS:
Before beginning making a sandwich, make sure to wash your hands with soap
and warm water for 20 seconds.
Always clean vegetables because they can contain some type of dangerous bacteria
(ex. E.coli).
When using a cutting board for food that will not be cooked, such as bread, lettuce, and
tomatoes, be sure to wash the board after using it to cut raw meat and poultry.
Consider using one cutting board for fresh produce and a separate one for meat and
poultry.
