Let’s Review - Healthy Diet
Eating healthy diet is good for our body. Eating healthy diet help us to stay strong and healthy.

Rice, bread, pasta and cereals give us energy for working and playing.

Meat, chicken, fish, eggs and beans help our body grow, develop and stay
strong.

Fruits and vegetables is healthy, they keep us strong. They also prevents us
from falling ill.
Let’s Review - Healthy Diet
Milk, cheese and yogurt help us to build and repair our muscles and bones.

Besides eating healthy diet, our body also need water. We should drink 6 to 8
glasses of water every day.

Eating too much oily, salty and sweet food items are not healthy. They can harm
our body.
How to Keep Ourselves Clean
