Difference between P. Continuous and P. Simple

Look at the sentences in red and learn:

I play tennis everyday.

I am playing tennis now.
Every day/week/month
Right now – now – at the moment
Always – sometimes - usually - often

• Tell us that the speaker is playing tennis right now.

• The speaker always does.
• Soon the game will be over.
• It is part of a routine or habit. • We call this a temporary situation.
• We can call this a permanent situation.
