This chapter is organized into-:
Result
Discussion
Result
In this part
Presentation
Analysis
Presentation-:
Is the process of organizing data into logical,
sequential and meaningful form.
Ways of presentation-:
Tabular form(presenting data in row and column)
Graphical(chart representing the quantitative
variables)
Types of Graphs
Bar graph
Linear graph
Pie chart
Statistical maps
Ratio charts
Analysis
The process of breaking up the whole study into its
constituents parts according to the specific questions
and test of hypothesis as defined in introduction.
Types of analysis
 a)Qualitative-:Is not based on precise measurement and
quantitative data
 b)Quantitative-:Is based on precise measurement and
quantitative claim.
Methods and tools of Quantitative Analysis
A)Descriptive study-:
Percentage
Ratio analysis

B)Inferential statistics-:
Correlation and Regression
Estimation
Hypothesis testing
Discussion
Evaluation
Interpretation
Evaluation
Results are evaluated and examined in relation with
theories and empirical findings of other researcher
Consistency and inconsistency of the results are
remarked
Reasons for the differences are sought.
Interpretation
Drawing inference (conclusion) from the collected
facts after analysis and experiment.
Searching broader meaning of research findings.
Explanations of the finding of the research study
which is linked with the previous research findings
and become gate way for new research studies.
Precautions in Interpretation
Even the properly collected and analyzed data would
lead to inaccurate conclusion due to wrong
interpretation
Data should be appropriate, trust worthy and
adequate
Proper analysis is needed
Interpretation should be free of errors
