SOCIETY FOR ALL.
Whew, let's get real about systemic issues that keep our POC
community from reaching their dreams! It's a tough pill to swallow,
Racial disparity in but unfair roadblocks keep them from achieving financial stability
through education, employment, and homeownership. It's an

oppertunity uneven playing field, and these biases and inequalities persist in
our institutions, leading to nasty gaps in income and wealth. Time
to acknowledge these harsh truths and work toward a brighter
future!
Racial disparity in
oppertunity
It's not all sunshine and rainbows for people of color
when it comes to achieving economic security through
employment, education, and homeownership. A history of
discrimination, structural inequality, and biases across our
institutions have set up unfair barriers leading to racial
disparities in wealth and income. It's time to shake up the
status quo and level the playing field!

What i think
I think that everyone should not
be defined by color they should
be defined by their uniqueness
and the skills on which their
work is based and they should
not receive pity but rather
treated like an average human
being.

What should be
done ?
To start tackling racism, the first step is to acknowledge its existence. Don't be
fooled into thinking it's always glaringly obvious or intentional. It can take on
many sneaky forms. Shocker alert: studies reveal bias in every sector of society in
the United States, from healthcare to housing to media. Even job applicants with
"stereotypical" African-American names get the short end of the stick when it
comes to interview calls. And let's not forget the beauty industry, which can't
seem to resist bashing dark skin tones while worshipping fair skin worldwide. It's
vital to grasp the history and evolution of racism, too. For example, disgusting
laws like poll taxes and literacy tests aimed to prevent marginalized groups from
voting, without explicitly mentioning race. By understanding the roots of racism,
we can start to uproot it.
