    WORKSCOPE : FOR HDPE PIPE & ductile NETWORK

    • BELOW GROUND 1.4 METER HDPE.
    • 2 SIZES 110 mm and 160 mm.. HDPE
    • 18320LM and 76000LM. Total trench (94320LM.)
    • Below ground 1.4meter iron Ductile pipe.
    • 300mm,400mm,500mm and 600mm.
    • 13350LM,1800LM,930LM and 90LM respectively. Total trench excavation(16170 LM)
    • Total linear meter 18320 linear meter and 76000 linear meter respectively.

    • Total trench excavation 110490 linear meter.

    • Client Serveyer Will Mark The Excavation Area 250 Lm Each Day.
    • At The Same Time every 100 Meter The area bed As Per boq will Be
    Compacted And Pipe will Be Laid.
    • After Fusing /Joints valves And Acessories Will be Firred And Tested.Every
    100 Meters or Upto The next Fitting Acessory.
    • After Positive report The Line Will Be Buried And Compacted.
    • This process Will Be Repeated As Per The Drawing fittings & accessories
    and for testing commissioning.
    Calculation based on :
    • Three teams each will Excavation 250 lm
    deliver 250 meter
    excavation / pipe laying
    /joints and accessories Pipe Bed Compaction 250 lm
    fitting as per these steps per
    day
    Pipe laying 250 lm.
    • Forth team will test the
    pipe and finalize burring
    and compaction. Acessories fitting and testing.
