by the local people. People of th e safe home thou ght her as to be a mental
patient and lef t her at this hospital. She is admitted here for 15 days.

Much improvement to be n oticed . Now sh e can recall her address an d


phone number. Sh e maintain ed proper eye contact. Was requ esting to
contact with h er family so that she can go h ome.

admitted her in this hospital. She has been in this hospital for 2
months. No further history to be found as patient was not
communicating at all.

Obser ved behavior: Patient was not responding at all. Was sitting
in a fi xed position for a very long time. Staring at a same place
for a very long time. Toilet issues.

S h e h a s b e e n i n t h i s h o s p i t a l f o r 2 5 y e a r s . A f t e r s e e i n g h e r f a t h e r ’s d e a d b o d y a t t h e a g e o f
8 (he was brutally murdered by his enemy and her dead body was found in a trunk which left
at their house) she became mentally imbalanced. Due to this trauma she is showing
problematic behaviors since then.

body with a blanket. Doesn’ t talk at all. Uncleanliness to be obser ved around her bed.

Diagnosis: Narcissistic Personality Disorder

Symptom: Grandiosity

Obser vation: Disoriented speech, high ambitious, thinks he is


superior, repeated eye movement. Psychiatrist asked some
questions but the patient’s responses were inconvenient.

Suggestion: Admission and prescribed medicines
