CHALLENGE STATEMENT
Addressing the challenge of Museums faces various security challenges, including theft,
vandalism, and unauthorized access. Existing security measures such as surveillance
cameras and alarms are insufficient to provide real-time monitoring and response.
Lack of real-time tracking: Current systems do not provide real-time tracking of the artifacts
and visitors within the museum, making it difficult to prevent theft or respond to incidents
promptly.
Unauthorized access: Museums often have multiple entrances and exits, making it
challenging to monitor and control visitor access effectively.
Inadequate security alerts: The existing alarm systems may not provide comprehensive
notifications, and the response time to security breaches may be slow.

CONCEPT AND SCOPE OF SOLUTION
• The kidney disease detection using sweat analysis involves the development of a non-invasive
diagnostic method to detect and monitor kidney diseases by analyzing specific biomarkers and
compounds present in sweat.
• Kidney diseases often result in the buildup of waste products and imbalances in electrolytes, which
can potentially be detected through sweat.
• The primary goal is to create a reliable, wearable or point-of-care device that can provide early
indications of kidney disease, allowing for timely intervention and monitoring of the condition.
• Non-Invasive Sweat Collection: Develop a user-friendly, non-invasive method for collecting sweat
samples. This could involve wearable devices or other collection methods that do not require
invasive procedures.
• Wearable and Sensing Technology: Create wearable devices or sensors that can accurately and
continuously monitor the composition of sweat. These devices should be comfortable, easy to use,
and capable of real-time data acquisition.

PROPOSED METHOD
• OBJECTIVE:
Develop a non-invasive method for kidney disease identification by
measuring impedance via electrodes attached to the patient's hand,
enabling the estimation of glucose and uric acid levels.
• METHODOLOGY:
Design specialized electrodes for comfortable attachment to the hand,
capable of impedance measurement.
Attach electrodes to the patient's hand and initiate impedance
measurements to capture variations linked to glucose and uric acid
levels.
Calibrate impedance measurements using known concentrations of
glucose and uric acid to establish correlations.
Collect impedance data from the hand to derive real-time glucose and
uric acid estimates.
Conduct clinical trials to validate the method's accuracy involving
diverse participants with and without kidney disease.
