DEMOCRATIC AND THAT PLACES HER AS AN
AUTOCRATARIAN BEING THE SOLE-DECISION MAKER, ALSO
KNOWN AS DICTATORSHIP. SHE GO BY THE “ITS MY WAY OR
THE WAY”, WITH STRONG INSTRUCTIONS SET TO BE
FOLLOWED WITHOUT A SAY. THIS IS NOT ONLY TOO BRUTAL
FOR YOUR EVERY-DAY KIND OF
WORK-PLACE WHERE MAINTAINING
EMPLOYEE HAPPINESS IS KEY BUT
ALSO GIVES NO PARTICIPATION IN
DECISION-MAKING. THE MILITARY IS
A GOOD PLACE FOR LEADERSHIP.

• MICRO-MANAGEMENT- HER
LEADERSHIP WAS MARKED BY EXCESSIVE SUPERVISION
AND CONTROL OF EMPLOYEES’ WORK AND PROCESSES, AS
WELL AS A LIMITED DELEGATION OF DECISIONS TO STAFF.
SHE PREFER TO COMPLETE WORK ON HER OWN WITHOUT
ANY INPUT FROM HER TEAM OF EMPLOYEES MOST OF THE
TIMES.

BOTHERED, UPSET AT ALMOST EVERYTHING AND PICKS
OFFENSE EASILY. SHE WAS OVER SENSITIVE TO CRITICISM
WITH HER RESPONSES SEVERALLY TO EMPLOYEES. WHILE
IT HAS ITS ADVANTAGES, SHE COULDN’T GET THE
DIFFERENCE. SHE USED IT THOUGH TO ACHIEVE SO MUCH

WITHIN THE FEW YEARS AWAY LUGGAGE EMERGED AS AN


INNOVATIVE PRODUCT ACROSS
THE USA. THIS SAW TO A 90%
DROP IN REVENUE AND
FURLOUGHED HALF OF ITS
EMPLOYEES.

• DOMINEERING LEADSHIP
TECHNIQUE- ONCE KOREY SAW THAT TWO
EMPLOYEES STILL HAD SOMETIME OFF SCHEDULED, SHE
REPRIMANDED THEM AGAIN, PUBLICLY AND ON SLACK.
SHE WAS ARROGANT AND BOSSY,
LIKE A MILITARY DICTATOR WHO
MICOMANAGES EVERYONE AT WORK.
KOREY IS STRONG-WILLED AND OVER-
BEARING. SHE ALWAYS WANT TO BE
NOTICEABLE THAN OTHER
EMPLOYEES.
