 Development of Data Collection Tools
 Request for HSE information on each Company
 Desk Reviews of the Information shared
 Physical Visits (Identify HSE GAPS, Share Recommendations, etc.)
 Preliminary GAP Analysis Report – Shared with TEEPU
 Report shared with the Companies
 TRAINING (1st/08 to 26th/08/2022)
 Develop training Materials based upon the Audit Report
 Share Materials with TEEPU for review and approval
 Request Companies for a list of beneficries (2 Beneficiaries Per Company, Total = 150)
 Conduct the training [Introduction (1 Day), Foundation Course (2 Days), Lead Implementor
(2 Days), Internal Auditor (1 Day)] – ISO 45001
 Beneficiaries – 3 batches (50 Each Batch)
 ToT Approach – Ensure replicability
 Lead Implementor and Internal Auditor Module – In Person (At Sunmaker, Bugolobi
Facilities), Other Modules – ONLINE.

 FOLLOW UP/HANDS ON SUPPORT AND FOLLOW UP WORKSHOP (29th/08 to
16th/09/2022)

 Purpose: Validate implementation of the changes required for Certification

 Physical Visits
 Work with Companies to close other pending GAPs (Preparation for the audit)
 Invite Companies for the follow up workshop
 Host the follow up workshop – Sunmaker Auditorium (Invite TEEPU, GOU and other
stakeholders)
 Submit Report to TEEPU
 ISO 45001:2018 CERTIFICATION (19th/09/2022 to 31st/10/2022)

 Select the 20 top scoring Companies from the Audit, Training, Implementation of the
recommendations, etc. for Certification.
 Auditing the 20 Companies for evaluations (Remotely)
